Gybe Consulting LLC was formed in 2010 by Nadi Findikli (me) to provide engineering and consulting services. I have 38 years of experience in the automotive, telecommunications, embedded, IoT and wearables industries.
I have worked under many titles including engineer, software engineer, systems engineer, manager and chief bottle washer. I have worked in many aspects of product development including customer interface, requirements analysis, design, software development, verification, industrialization, and acceptance. I formed or helped form several systems engineering departments in the cellular and wearable industries.
I understand the art of abstraction: being able to see the big picture and think end-to-end when needed, being able to dig deep to root causes and solve problems when needed. I excel at understanding customer needs and real-world implications, translating these to product and subsequently development requirements. I am very committed to delivering what is promised and consistent client satisfaction.
I was born in Istanbul Turkey, got my engineering degree at Bogazici University in Istanbul and my Master of Engineering at Michigan Tech in Houghton, MI. I have been at various times a caver, rock climber, big-wall rappeller, scuba diver, dive master, mountain biker, sailor. These days I enjoy mostly mountain biking and coaching my son’s NICA MTB Team.
